Sgt. Clark’s Kitchen Renovation by Homes For Veterans
The renovation of Sgt. Robert Clark’s kitchen in Clifton New Jersey, to make it barrier free and wheelchair accessible by Homes For Veterans of Harrington Park New Jersey has been completed. It is now easy for Sgt. Clark to live, cook and eat as normally as possible in his own NOW BARRIER FREE kitchen since he is wheelchair bound after being seriously combat wounded.
Our renovation would never have been possible without our many generous local sponsors. As you scroll through the slideshow below, you will see Sgt. Clark’s Purple Heart Combat Wounded plaque, the signs on the front lawn of our many local sponsors, the “before” pictures of Sgt. Clark’s kitchen, and a few pictures of the room being gutted in preparation for the renovation.
Remember, Freedom is NEVER Free. It costs an arm, and a leg, and this is the reason that Homes For Veterans exists. So that we can help our combat wounded veterans in thanks for what they have given up for us.
